Basic Yoga is a profound and cautious practice. This practice shall give anyone basic tools for practicing Yoga in an attentive and stress-free way. Step by step. The classes will introduce basic tools and knowledge of conscious breathing, aligned postures and relaxation. The aim is to gain a deeper body awareness and state of relief.
All classes can be modified due to special requirements.
I offer Basic Yoga in form of workshops, seminars / class sequences or single / private classes. My classes can wether follow a dynamic and flowing style or be slower and more restful, all depending on individual needs and requests.
It is favorable if students have a normal fitness level and no health restrictions.
