My teaching combines conscious breathing, natural and dynamic movements, deep stretching and meditative relaxation. The classes are defined by an emphasis on holistic bodywork and smart sequencing, often with a connection to music. Yoga can be a tool for improving life whether by helping to better connect with oneself, widening one’s perspective, calming down a rushed mind or simply bringing some spark and joy into the day.
Always approached with mindfulness yoga is a wonderful companion for anyone’s daily life.
