Motherhood is one of the most transformative and intense wonders to be experienced. During pregnancy the body prepares for giving new life which demands strength and flexibility. Yoga can give both. The practice is well and cautiously adapted to the needs of mother and baby, respecting the different trimesters of pregnancy. I am happy to support women during this special phase and beyond.

After a formation with ‚Birthlight on tour‘ with the inspiring Sally Lomas and Micha Merrick i further deepen my education in motherhood yoga. Currently i am taking a 200hrs Pre-and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga con Gràcia led by Juliette Campbell- Allard, a Jivamukti and Kundalini teacher, with a longtime experience in yoga for motherhood.

I offer pre-and postnatal yoga as private or group sessions, adjusted to personal needs.
